SOLEI MEDSPA POLICIES
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below.
Please notify Solei MedSpa coordinator of any medication or medical history when you schedule your appointment.
All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out consent forms and paperwork necessary to tailor our services to your personal needs. Consultation required for new clients.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY & FEES:
Solei MedSpa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for weekday appointments and 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule Saturday appointments.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service, or automatically will lose a session from their package purchased. We recognize the time of our clients and technicians is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services, this also will be subject to pass the consultation or decline the services.
PRICES & SERVICES:
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Although we offer specials for laser packages, they cannot be combined with other offers. All sales for laser hair removal packages will be final sale and no refund policy will apply.
We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. Of course beyond the check in policies, we invite all our guests receiving services to make full use of our relaxing environment . Come early, stay late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea, wine, etc, available in our relaxation area.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. Solei MedSpa is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
RETURN / REFUND POLICY:
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin and body care products with your services. In the event you purchase any of our skin care products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available at Solei MedSpa. Non-Refund policy for any laser or spa services purchased. All laser packages or single sessions are final sale in the event of an emergency or exception to this rule the refund will be calculated based on a regular price per session.
Any single treatment or package purchase for láser or other services will expire a year after the purchase date. If any medical conditions changes during this period and customers decide to put the treatments on hold this should be requested by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and after approval the treatments can be put on hold for up to 6 months. Any service schedule with 6 months or more since last treatment provided will automatically expire any remaining sessions.
SERIES OF SERVICES:
We are unable to process any refunds or reimburse any payment transaction on any laser or skin care treatment series (packages) that are purchased.
Solei MedSpa offers payment plans to qualify customers once customer agrees to the payment plan customer is fully responsible to make the payments on time. If customer decides to discontinue services they will be responsible to pay in full the remaining balance. We accept credit cards, checks and other method of payments, a 3% processing fee will be added to the payment plan.
Our trained therapists and estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk.
We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to silent upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
